Chris Magann

Christopher Magann is the CEO at Luxon Brown. Right out of college, Chris began his career as a trader with TD Waterhouse in 1999. He earned his chops as an advisor, trader, compliance representative, and operations and portfolio manager for a number of companies, managing billions in client and institutional assets. Now, after over 20 years in the industry, Chris oversees all retirement plan assets, investments, and trading at Luxon Brown.

Every day in Little Rock, Chris sees how irresponsible financial planning negatively affects the people in his community. He spends most of his day staying on top of retirement plan implementation for his many clients and managing their enrollment in various programs and initiatives while also serving as the face of the company. Seeing how his work helps bolster the community motivates him to continue his industry studies and networking efforts every weekend at various conferences and workshops. 

Chris is married to Katherine, and together they have four children—Hannah, Price, Adison, and Kat Kelly. A former soccer player and outdoor enthusiast, Chris can often be found with his family hiking outdoors, visiting the Colorado Mountains, or vacationing in Maui.
